Insurance policy

There is a default setting in the (Undefined variable: General.Product2 Admin CMS) that hides the ability for patients to mark their insurance policy information as incorrect.

To hide the ability for patients to mark their insurance policy information as incorrect:

1. On the Settings tab, click Insurance Policy.
2. In Parameters, select 1 in the Security.InsuranceAllowUpdate box, and enter 0.
3. Click the Save button.

You can hide areas on the insurance detail pages including the patient or family limit balance on the dependent or policy holder details.

To hide an area on the insurance policy page:

1. On the Settings tab, click Insurance Policy.
2. In Parameters, select 1 in any of the boxes beginning with Security.Show*, and then enter 0.
3. Click the Save button.
